Everything you need to know about the EdCommerce platform and your digital assets.

You are purchasing high-quality digital assets, which may include E-books (PDF), video tutorials (MP4), or source files depending on the product. Once purchased, these are yours to keep forever and will be accessible through this website.
Once your transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your files and download links. You can also access your purchased assets anytime via the Library section in the sidebar.
Current payment methods: GCash, Bank Transfer and other methods via QRPH. Additional options, including Credit Cards and dedicated e-wallets are coming soon as we expand our platform.
Due to the nature of digital products (which are accessible immediately upon purchase), we generally do not offer refunds. However, if there is a technical defect with the file, contact our support within 24 hours.
No problem. Your access is permanent. Simply log in to your account and go to the Library section to download the file again at no extra cost.
Yes. To save you money and storage, our platform prevents you from purchasing the same digital asset twice. If you already own a product, the "Add to Cart" button will be replaced with a "Download" link.
Order confirmations are typically sent within a few minutes of your purchase. If it is not immediately visible in your main inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as strict email filters sometimes catch them by mistake. If you still cannot locate it, please reach out via our Contact page and we will manually verify your order.
To access your files, you need to "unzip" or extract the downloaded folder. On a Mac, just double-click the .zip file and it will open automatically. On a Windows PC, right-click the file, select "Extract All," and follow the quick prompts on your screen to view your files.
