Getting paid
Getting Paid
What you earn shows as two amounts. Available earnings are yours to withdraw now. Held earnings are still waiting for something. Payouts go to your GCash.
Every amount on your Payouts and Sales pages is after fees. See Fees.
Available earnings
- Every sale of a Digital Listing is Available as soon as the Buyer pays.
- A sale of a Physical Listing is Available once its Hold has passed.
Held earnings
Only Physical Listings have Held earnings. The money for a parcel waits:
- until its Shipment is Delivered,
- then through the Hold: 3 days after it is Delivered, while the Buyer can still report a problem,
- and for as long as a Problem report on it is open.
Your Payouts page shows how much is held. Your earnings statement lists each held amount with what it is waiting for, or the date it becomes Available.
- The Shipping fee is yours in full, and waits with its parcel.
- If a Problem report is upheld, the Refund comes out of that parcel's held money.
- A Shipment that is cancelled before it ships earns nothing.
Request a payout
- Open Payouts.
- Enter the amount, up to what is shown as Available to withdraw. Use Maximum fills in all of it.
- Enter your GCash mobile number, like 09171234567 or +639171234567.
- Enter the Account name exactly as it is registered on GCash.
- Choose Request Withdrawal.
Save your GCash number once and it is filled in for you every time. Choose your avatar at the top of the page, then Manage account, then Payout details.
What happens next
- Pending: your request is waiting. The amount is set aside, so it can't be requested twice.
- An admin checks it and sends it to your GCash by hand.
- Settled: the transfer has gone through. We record its reference number and email you.
Find every request on the History tab of Payouts. A Settled one has a Receipt, with the proof of payment.
If a request is Denied, we email you, and the amount goes back to your Available earnings.
Your earnings statement
Choose Earnings statement on the History tab. It shows your sales, fees and payouts for any period.
- Pick This month, Last month, Last 90 days, This year or All time, or set your own dates.
- Choose Print or Save as PDF to keep a copy.
