Getting paid
Fees
Joining is free, and so is listing. ED Commerce takes a fee only when you sell. It pays for payment processing and for storing and delivering your files securely.
The fee
For each item sold, the fee is 6.5% of its price, plus ₱5.00. You keep the rest.
- Sell two of the same item in one Order, and the fee is charged on each one.
- The fee never takes more than the price, so you never owe us for a sale.
- The Shipping fee on a parcel is yours in full. We take no fee on it.
Examples
- A ₱50.00 file: the fee is ₱8.25 (₱3.25 plus ₱5.00). You keep ₱41.75.
- A ₱100.00 file: the fee is ₱11.50. You keep ₱88.50.
- A ₱200.00 file: the fee is ₱18.00. You keep ₱182.00.
- A ₱500.00 product sent with a ₱120.00 Shipping fee: the fee is ₱37.50, all of it on the item. You keep ₱462.50, plus the whole ₱120.00.
Where you see it
Fees come off each sale before it reaches your earnings. The amounts on your Payouts and Sales pages are already after fees. Your earnings statement shows the fee on every sale. See Getting Paid.
Refunds
- Digital downloads are final sale, so a file is never refunded.
- If a Buyer gets a partial Refund on a parcel, the fee on the sale stays, and the Refund comes out of your earnings for that parcel.
